Our team in the terminal
Our Airport Services team ensures our visitors have the best experience possible when they’re travelling through our airport.
The team works on a 24/7 roster to manage the day-to-day operations of the terminal and assist both passengers and terminal stakeholders. They’re available to answer questions travellers may have, help with directions, complete terminal checks, provide first response during terminal evacuations, and assist with unattended items and medical emergencies.
Our Airport Services team also plays a critical role in making sure the airport apron is a safe place for both ground handlers and passengers – rain, hail or shine! This involves keeping travellers safe while navigating the tarmac to their aircraft, monitoring the speed of vehicles and completing safety checks.
